Django Django share Off Planet Part 3 EP featuring Toya Delazy and Jack Peñate
Django Django have released five more tracks from their Off Planet album as an EP titled Off Planet Part 3, and it features collaborations with Toya Delazy, Stealing Sheep and Jack Peñate.
The lead single from Part 3 “No Time” ft. Jack Peñate, was premiered by Lauren Laverne on BBC Radio 6 Music. The EP also contains four new songs, including “Galaxy Mood” ft. Toya Delazy, “The Oh Zone”, and “Dead Machine” ft. Stealing Sheep.
Speaking of Off Planet Part 3, the band said: “Part 3 continues the journeys in sound with guest vocals from Jack Peñate, Stealing Sheep and Toya Delazy. Moving from classic house inspired grooves of “No Time” and “A New Way Through” to the woozy, lo-fi hip-hop drums of “Dead Machine” and ending with the squelching, dancefloor ready synths of “Galaxy Mood” and “Dumb Drum”.”
The new album will follow 2021's Glowing in the Dark, and will include appearances from Self Esteem, Yuuko, and Refound*.
Off Planet Part 3 is out now. Django Django will release their full Off Planet album on 16 June via Because Music, and it's available to pre-order now.
