Ditz, Shelf Lives, and OneDa among first names for Beyond The Music Festival 2024
Beyond The Music has announced the first details of its conference, and shared the first wave of artists and stage partners playing across grassroots venues in Manchester.
2024 sees Beyond The Music expand their conference. Hosted at the landmark new cultural venue run by Factory International, Aviva Studios, this year’s panels are organised into a series of topical summits spanning Economics, Grassroots, Misogyny, AI, The Future of Music, Emerging Markets, and Classical, Hip Hop, and Electronic music.
By night, Beyond The Music takes over some of the most iconic grass roots venues in Manchester’s famous Northern Quarter for an unparalleled celebration of new and exciting talent from across the world and across genres. This year, Beyond The Music have announced their support of Chai Wallahs’ ‘Drop A Headliner’ campaign, by renouncing the traditional festival format, they instead turn their focus to supporting talent from across all levels and nurturing up and coming artists.
The first wave of artists for Beyond The Music 2024 include the likes of Adjustments, Baby Said, Blossom Caldaronem, D3LTA, Ditz, George Lawson, Lazy Day, Martial Arts, Mellt, Nyah Grace, OneDa, Shelf Lives, WRKHOUSE, and many more.
The festival earlier issued a call out for new artists to perform at the 2024 edition. Their desire to empower and equip attendees and performers with knowledge and a space for honest conversation has extended to their lineup, with their open call to artists breaking down more barriers and investing in accessibility. Submissions close on 30 June.
The second edition of Beyond The Music will take place from 9-12 October. Discounted pre-sale tickets are available now.
