Dinner Party announce second album with new cut "For Granted"
Dinner Party – the supergroup comprising of Kamasi Washington, Terrace Martin, 9th Wonder and Robert Glasper – have announced Enigmatic Society; the follow-up LP to their 2020 self-titled debut.
Dinner Party was given a re-release shortly after in the form of GRAMMY-nominated Dinner Party: Dessert which featured collaborations with Snoop Dogg, Herbie Hancock, Rapsody, Cordae, Bilal, Tank And The Bangas, and more.
Earlier this year, the group released the single “Insane" which saw Dinner Party teaming up with Grammy-nominated R&B singer-songwriter Ant Clemons and Grammy-winning producer Sounwave (Kendrick Lamar, FKA Twigs, Thundercat). The track also featured a sample from Mtume's "Juicy Fruit".
Dinner Party now return with news of their second album Enigmatic Society as well as the release of its lead single "For Granted" which features Arin Ray.
Enigmatic Society will feature guest spots from Tank, Arin Ray, Ant Clemons, and Phoelix. The cover art for Enigmatic Society and Dinner Party's debut album were designed by Washington's sister, artist Amani Washington.
