Deputy Prime Minister Thérèse Coffey's Dr. Dre phone alarm interrupts live interview
Thérèse Coffey's first interview as Deputy Prime Minister of the UK this morning (7 September) was interrupted by her 8AM alarm soundtracked by Dr. Dre.
This morning (7 September) Thérèse Coffey, who became the Deputy Prime Minister of the UK and Secretary of State for Health and Social Care yesterday (6 September), gave a live interview on LBC, and it was interrupted by her 8AM phone alarm that's soundtracked by Dr. Dre's legendary Snoop Dogg collaboration "Still D.R.E.".
Host Nick Ferrari asked Coffey if she was alright due to hearing a ringtone, to which she responded, "I've just realised my alarm is going off on my phone. You're getting a bit of Dr. Dre. It's just an eight o'clock alarm, sorry."
Ferrari then said, "It's Dr. Dre is it? That's fantastic. Well, Dr. Coffey with Dr. Dre as a health secretary, it just gets better and better doesn't it."
