Deluxe version of SZA's SOS album to feature 10 additional songs
After teasing some "surprises coming soon" in January, it's been revealed by Billboard that the deluxe version of SZA's 2022 album SOS will feature 10 additional tracks, and that it's coming soon.
SZA also spoke to Billboard about the album, and said of being mentioned alongside stars including Taylor Swift and Miley Cyrus, "To even be in the conversation with Taylor [Swift] and Miley [Cyrus], even the fact that our fans are fighting, is ridiculous because it’s like, “How?!” I just really appreciate the opportunity to be in that conversation at all. It’s something I never dreamed of."
She also said of the success of "Kill Bill", "I knew it would be something that pissed me off. It’s always a song that I don’t give a fuck about that’s just super easy, not the shit that I put so much heart and energy into. "Kill Bill" was super easy - one take, one night."
Earlier this month SZA joined Lizzo on a remix of her "Special" track.
SZA is yet to share a release date for the deluxe edition of her SOS album.
