Deap Vally announce surprise final EP, (ep)ilogue
Deap Vally have announced a surprise final EP, (ep)ilogue, along with the release of new single "It’s My World".
Speaking of the new single, Lindsey Troy says: “‘It’s my world’ is about living your best life, being authentically YOU without giving a damn what anybody else thinks”.
Last year, Deap Vally announced their decision to part ways, going out with an extensive farewell tour as well as the self-released re-record of their debut SISTRIONIX 2.0. Future plans for the band include a Lindsey Troy solo record, while Julie Edwards will be launching new music project Dosiopath, an interview series, Drumb and Drumber, plus pursue a masters degree in Forensic Psychology.
The last leg of their Live for the Last Time Farewell Tour starts on 20 May in Lisbon, with special guest HotWax. Edwards will be pulling double-duty as Dosiopath - her new project with Solon Bixler (30 Seconds to Mars, Great Northern) - will also support.
(ep)ilogue will be released on 24 May.
