Daughter announce first studio album in seven years with lead cut "Be On Your Way"
Daughter are back with news of their first studio album in seven years, Stereo Mind Game, and have released "Be On Your Way" as the lead single.
After teasing their return on social media last week, Daughter have returned with "Be On Your Way", their first outing since covering Frightened Rabbit's "Poke" in 2019. The new single is teamed with a Tiff Pritchett-directed video, and is the lead outing from the band's Stereo Mind Game album.
Although they did release the soundtrack for the Life is Strange: Before The Storm video game in 2017, Stereo Mind Game will be their first studio album since 2016's Not to Disappear. The album is produced by the band's Igor Haefeli and Elena Tonra, and was written and recorded across Devon, Bristol and London, England, San Diego, California, and Vancouver in Washington.
The album will see Haefeli contribute vocals to multiple songs, and also features 12 Ensemble, a choir, and voice notes from family and friends.
