Crystal Murray releases new single, "Air", and announces London headline show
Paris-hailing musician and creative Crystal Murray has shared "Air" as the latest single from her debut album, SAD LOVERS & GIANTS.
The album campaign kicked off with “PAYBACK”, which was accompanied by a video heavily influenced by Lady Snowblood, a major reference for Tarantino’s Kill Bill. “That question of what you’ll do for revenge really resonated with me, and powerful, strong, violent femininity," Murray says. She then released “STARMANIAK” - an anthem for anyone who feels they’ve been walked over - an addictive and frenetic alt pop track.
In celebration of the release of SAD LOVERS & GIANTS, Crystal will play a headline show at the Hackney Social on Thursday 30 May.
Fans can sign up to her mailer to receive access to pre-sale tickets. The pre-sale starts at 10am on Thursday 2 May with tickets going on general sale at 10am on Friday 3 May.
