Cradle of Filth give update on Ed Sheeran collaboration: "He's done some of it"
Cradle of Filth's lead vocalist Dani Filth has given an update on their collaboration with Ed Sheeran, revealing that "he's done some of it".
In a new interview at Finland's Knotfest, Cradle of Filth's Dani Filth spoke about their forthcoming collaboration with Ed Sheeran, confirming that it's in the works.
When asked about what they're working on, Filth said, "Believe it or not we still have yet to finish our song with Ed Sheeran. He's done some of it, but then he had a baby and got sidetracked with that and doing whatever Ed does, which is playing massive shows around the globe."
"He's not at our beck and call," Filth added. "But he is gonna finish it, he assures me. I actually spoke to him quite recently."
On the possible release date for the collaboration, he said, "When it's finished, we don't know when it's coming out."
