Confidence Man unveil the double singles, "CONTROL/REAL MOVE TOUCH"
Australian duo Confidence Man have shared two new singles as the latest preview of their forthcoming third studio album, 3AM (LA LA LA).
"CONTROL/REAL MOVE TOUCH" are the most recent singles taken from their forthcoming album. Confidence Man will be celebrating with a string of in-store shows during release week, culminating in a bunker rave at a secret London location on launch day.
"REAL MOVE TOUCH" features vocals from English reggae MC, Gorillaz collaborator and rave royalty, Sweetie Irie. “I remember him coming into our tiny little studio and then he's like, ‘do you mind if I blaze up in here?’” says Janet Planet. “And we said, ‘Hell yeah!’ And he was like, ‘Great, I was just checking you guys were real rock stars’”.
The new singles land alongside the announcement of a tongue-in-cheek limited edition CD version of the album, designed by cult status artist Chris Simpsons Artist. Speaking on the collab, he explains: “It's a sort of homage to Da Vinci's Vitruvian Man mashed up with L.S. Lowry. I really hope you all like it. I never want to draw another window ever again!".
3AM (LA LA LA) is due for release on 18 October via CHAOS/Polydor/I OH YOU, and is available to pre-order now. Tickets for the album launch rave are available here.
