Confidence Man return with new instrumental track, "Firebreak"
Powerhouse party-starters Confidence Man have returned with "Firebreak" – a new instrumental produced by band members Clarence McGuffie and Reggie Goodchild.
An instant fan-favourite from their live show over the summer, the new single reimagines euro-disco for a new generation of ravers as Confidence Man explain: “Can’t stop won’t stop. We’re relentless. Almost incessant. So here’s "Firebreak", custom made for the next Super Bowl halftime show. We got one word for you - phenomenal.”
"Firebreak" follows Confidence Man’s world-colliding collaboration with UK producer Daniel Avery, "On & On (Again)", and their latest smash hit "Now U Do" with DJ Seinfeld.
This winter will see the full Confidence Man band embark on their debut headline US tour with dates in LA, San Francisco, New York and Chicago before they return to their Australia home for a string of shows at Laneway Festival in February. You can also catch them at The Warehouse Project in Manchester tomorrow night for Homobloc, one of the UK’s best-loved queer institutions.
