Charli XCX has been in the studio with Robyn and Patrik Berger
Patrik Berger has posted a new image from a new studio session with Charli XCX and Robyn, and thanked them for "my entire career basically".
This afternoon Patrik Berger, the producer behind Robyn's "Dancing On My Own", Charli XCX's "Boom Clap", "SuperLove", "You're the One" and more songs by Carly Rae Jepsen and Tove Styrke, shared a new polaroid image of him in the studio with both Charli XCX and Robyn. He wrote, "Thank you @charli_xcx and @robynkonichiwa for a great day in the studio. And thank you for my entire career basically!"
Hopefully it means there's some new material - or maybe even a collaboration - in the works.
Robyn hasn't released anything since working with Mapei on a Dev Hynes-produced rework of Neneh Cherry's "Buffalo Stance" in March 2022.
Last month Charli XCX featured on a remix of Caroline Polachek's "Welcome To My Island".
