Casey MQ shares his new single "Grey Gardens"
Los Angeles-based, Canadian-born musician Casey MQ has shared his new single "Grey Gardens", which is taken from the forthcoming album, Later that day, the day before, or the day before that.
"Grey Gardens” follows the recently shared singles “Me, I Think I Found It” and “The Make Believe” featuring Oklou. The track is delivered alongside a conceptualised and animated video by Saradibiza with direction from Harry Cepka portraying Casey in a mysterious dream surrounding a memory castle seemingly from another universe.
Speaking about “Grey Gardens,” Casey shares: “Remembrance can return in the most mysterious ways. ‘Grey Gardens’ is, for me, the album's manifesto —an expression of how we continually meet our forgetting."
Later that day, the day before, or the day before that is set for release on 7 June via Ghostly International, and is available to pre-order now.
