Caity Baser, The Snuts and Viji among first names for Liverpool Sound City 2024
The first wave of names for Liverpool Sound City 2024 have been revealed, featuring headliners Caity Baser and The Snuts, as well as Viji, flowerovlove, Seb Lowe and more.
Liverpool Sound City 2024 takes place across multiple venues in the city between 4-5 May. The festival have just announced the first acts for next year's lineup, including 21-year-old Gen-Z pop star Caity Baser.
Speaking about headlining Sound City 2024, she said: “I’ve heard that whenever you play a show in Liverpool, the crowd is nuts - so I’m excited to find out if it’s true! It’s a city that means so much to me with the amount of good music that has come from it, so I literally couldn’t be more excited to headline Sound City Liverpool. Headlining - little old me - who would have thought huh!? Watch out Liverpool I’m coming for ya!!"
With recent appearances on Later With Jools Holland and being named as one of BBC 6 Music’s Artists Of The Year, Antony Szmierek is set to showcase his talent at Liverpool Sound City. Indie-rock band Corella, the modern-day troubadour Seb Lowe, flowerovlove, Viji and LALA HAYDEN are also set to feature at the festival.
Elsewhere, Bandit, Keyside, WOO, VENUS GRRRLS and G!rlband have been added to the lineup as well as Megan Wyn, The Dream Machine, M60 and Forgetting The Future.

With artists including Caity Baser, The Snuts, Brooke Combe and flowerovlove announced today - they represent some of the most exciting names in music ready to define the next few years in their own unique way."
