Burial and Kode9 return with split-single "Infirmary" / "Unknown Summer"
Following the appearance of a cryptic billboard in East London, fabric Originals has just shared the drop of its latest release with Kode9 and Burial’s new split-single EP, "Infirmary" / "Unknown Summer".
Burial and Kode9 last linked up on the Fabriclive 100 mix, which came out in 2018 to celebrated their 100th and final mixtape. Prior to that, the pair did a DJ set for the last episode of Mary Anne Hobbs’ BBC Experimental show in 2010.
Today they reunite for the new split single EP, which marks Burial's return since he released two EPs last year – Antidawn and Streetlands.
The Infirmary / Unknown Summer 12″ is being released via fabric Originals. Vinyl bundles can be found on their Bandcamp page.
