Bullion links up with Panda Bear on "A City's Never"

"A City’s Never" emerged after Panda Bear and Bullion were living in Lisbon at the same time but never actually met. The collaboration was written and completed over DMs. The track follows his Carly Rae Jepsen collab, "Rare", which was released last month.
