Bright Eyes announce extensive UK/European summer tour
Bright Eyes have announced a 16-date run of shows which sees them return to the UK and Europe.
he band arrives in Nottingham on 16 June before heading to Bristol, Leeds, Dublin, Manchester, Glasgow, and re-scheduled shows at Wolverhampton Wulfrun Hall and London’s O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire. The tour then heads out across Europe, winding up at Apolo in Barcelona on 9 July. The shows in Nijmegen, Berlin, Stockholm, and Cologne were postponed due to illness last year, but now find rescheduled dates, alongside additional dates in Hamburg, Oslo, and Amsterdam ahead of the tour’s conclusion in Barcelona.
The shows are in support of Bright Eyes’ eleventh studio album, Five Dice, All Threes which landed last year, and was written in collaboration with the So So Glos’ Alex Orange Drink, featuring appearances by the likes of Cat Power and The National’s Matt Berninger.
Tickets for the new shows go on sale from 10am on 24 January, with a fan pre-sale from 24 January.
