Blondshell shares new single "Salad" on Jimmy Fallon's Tonight Show
Last night, Blondshell made her US TV debut with a performance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
Blondshell (AKA Sabrina Teitelbaum) took to the TV show to perform the final single to be released from her self-titled debut album
"Salad" follows on from 2022's "Veronica Mars" and 2023's "Joiner", alongside four other singles which have steadily been previewed since "Kiss City" in July last year.
Speaking of the album, she says: "It’s hard to summarise what this album means to me. I was able to work through so much by writing and singing these songs. In a way I was also able to find my voice by finally saying these things out loud. I wasn’t intending to write an album as much as I was just trying to get relief from an intense and difficult time in my life. My biggest hope is that people can see the album for what it is: there’s no happy ending or ‘message,’’ it’s just a window into what it’s like when you’re trying to figure out who you are and what you want.”
Blondshell out on Friday (7 April) via Partisan Records. Blondshell will return to the UK for two performances at The Great Escape Festival, and headline London's Moth Club on 24 May. More information can be found at blondshellmusic.com
