Blondshell shares home demo of "Kiss City"
Sabrina Teitelbaum – AKA Blondshell – unveils the home demo version of one of the first singles she shared with the world.
"I wanted to show people what the song sounded like the night I wrote it when it was the most urgent and simple. I just made the demo on my phone, but I think you can hear a lot of the desperation in it," Blondshell says. "Putting out this version is like taking away the shield of big rock production and boiling it down to what I was saying and feeling when I was alone."
Blondshell released her self-titled debut album in April via Partisan Records, to critical acclaim. She is set to return to the UK later this year for two more shows, headlining Thekla in Bristol and Lafayette in London.
The home demo of "Kiss City" is out now. For more information on Blondshell's forthcoming UK shows, visit blondshellmusic.com.
