BLACKPINK’s LISA announces new solo single, "Rockstar"
LISA, of K-pop group BLACKPINK, has announced her forthcoming solo single, "Rockstar".
The track will serve as her first release following her recent signing to RCA Records. In a statement announcing the news, she said: “I’m super excited to be joining the RCA family, and I am confident they are the best team to create a bigger movement in my solo career. Looking forward to showing the world everything we have been preparing.”

LISA's previous single, "Money" became the first solo K-pop track to surpass a billion streams on Spotify in 2023. She has also released the debut solo single, "Lalisa" in 2021.
Earlier this year, BLACKPINK also joined Spotify’s Billions Club with their single, "How You Like That", which was released back in 2020.
"Rockstar" is set for release on 27 June.
