Björk shares new cut "Ovule"

Björk has treated fans to new cut "Ovule", the second track to be lifted from her forthcoming album fossora.

After unveiling the fossora lead single "Atopos" last week, Björk has delivered the album's second track "Ovule".

On Twitter, Björk wrote, "I am excited to share with you the second video of my album to the song "Ovule". Ovule for me is my definition of love. It is a meditation about us as lovers walking around this world."

fossora will follow Björk's 2017 album Utopia, and will feature 13 songs in total. It will include contributions from Serpentwithfeet, backing vocals from her son Sindri and daughter Doa, songs written for Björk's mum, and a poem Látra-Björg, an 18th-century fisherwoman and outcast.

"Ovule" is out now. Björk's fossora album arrives on 30 September via One Little Independent Records, and is available to pre-order now.
