Benefits use fan feedback to enhance the experience of their shows
Benefits recently announced a tour in support of their forthcoming album, Constant Noise. They have now shared how they will be making the shows more fan-friendly.
"You might remember us asking what could be made to improve gigs in this age of spiralling costs + venues closing," they shared via X, formerly known as Twitter. "We got loads of suggestions and took them onboard. So for our tour in 2025, all tickets are £12, all shows are two band bills, and all music will be over by 10PM."
Detailing this further, they revealed, "We pushed the ticket price down as much as we could to make it more affordable. Two band bills seemed to be popular, more opportunity for the opening act. And while we cant fix crap public transport we hope that finishing by 10PM gives people more of a chance to cheaply get home."
We asked you how to improve the gig experience a month ago. Cheaper gigs due to cost of living, earlier finishes due to crap public transport, post stage times, tighter bills. We listened, here you go.

They will also be publishing stage times as far in advance as possible, to make it easier for commuters to plan their routes. "Thank you to everyone that got in touch, we read through the lot and have tried to implement as much as we can," they continued. "TLDR, tickets are as cheap as we could get them and gigs are finishing at 10PM because UK public transport is appalling."
Constant Noise is set for release on 21 March via Invada Records. Benefits will tour the album next year. Tickets will go on sale on Friday 15 November.
