Ben Stiller helps SZA announce release date for SOS deluxe, Lana
Last week, SZA shared a preview teaser of the forthcoming deluxe edition of SOS.
Following the teaser, which featured a sample of Isley Brothers' "Voyage To Atlantis", which can be heard amongst an unreleased track of SZA's, she has now posted a video starring Ben Stiller lipsyncing to SZA's "Drive". Alongside this, she revealed that the deluxe edition of SOS will be released on Friday.
SZA released her second studio album, SOS, in December 2022. The album featured hit tracks such as "Kill Bill", "Gone Girl", and "F2F", and won Album of the Year at the 2023 BET Awards. At the tail end of last year, she revealed that the deluxe edition of the album will be called Lana.
Despite announcing earlier this year, that she would be taking a break from performing in order to focus on recording new music, SZA recently announced a co-headline tour with Kendrick Lamar.
The deluxe edition of SOS is set for release 20 December. Visit ticketmaster.com for more information on the Grand National tour.
