Beck teams up with Phoenix on the brand new track "Odyssey"
Preceding their co-headline tour, later this year, Beck and Phoenix have joined forces on the new track "Odyssey".
“Odyssey” is written, produced and performed by Beck and Phoenix, and mixed by Serban Ghenea.
Beck and Phoenix vocalist Thomas Mars trade lead vocals on the song's verses, which comes just ahead of Phoenix's performance at Glastonbury Festival, and the pair's co-headline tour which starts later this year, in August.
Earlier this year, Beck released the single, "Thinking About You", following his 2022 cover of Neil Young's "Old Man".
Phoenix recently collaborated with Clairo on "After Midnight". The new version of the track – which features on their Alpha Zulu album – marked Phoenix's second ever formal collaboration, after teaming up with Vampire Weekend's Ezra Koenig on "Tonight" last year.
“Odyssey” is out today via Capitol Records.
