Alfa Mist links with longtime collaborator Kaya Thomas-Dyke on new single "Aged Eyes"
Alfa Mist has recruited longtime collaborator Kaya Thomas-Dyke to provide bass and vocals for his new single "Aged Eyes", which is lifted from his upcoming album Variables.
"Aged Eyes" featuring Kaya Thomas-Dyke will appear on Variables with January's "4th Feb (Stay Awake)" and "BC" tracks, and sees Thomas-Dyke contribute bass and vocals to the song. The new song also features Jamie Leeming on guitar, Avishai Rozen on drums, Peggy Nolan on cello and Junior Alli-Balogun on percussion.
Variables will be Alfa Mist's fifth album, following 2021's Bring Backs. Alfa Mist says of the record, "I’ve been focused on who I am in my music, but now I’m exploring where I am. I’m asking: how did I get here?"
"Aged Eyes" featuring Kaya Thomas-Dyke is out now. Alfa Mist's Variables album will arrive on 21 April via ANTI-, and is available to pre-order now.
