Waiting In The Sky (Before The Starman Came To Earth) is the forthcoming posthumous David Bowie album which is due for release on Record Store Day 2024.
Waiting In The Sky (Before The Starman Came To Earth) is a collection of recordings from Trident Studios in 1971, featuring four previously unheard songs, and a cover of ChuckBerry's "Round And Round".The album is taken from the Trident Studios 1/4” stereo tapes dated 15 December, 1971, which were created for the then provisional tracklisting of his 1972 album, The Rise And Fall Of Ziggy Stardust And The Spiders From Mars.
