Liverpool rock'n'roll newcomer Zuzu lobs out new track "What You Want" ahead of her set at our new music fest tomorrow night.
The single, which follows her magnetic debut, "Get Off", one of our 50 Best Songs Of 2016, is a euphoric typhoon of ooh-ed harmonies, vivid riffs, and heart-bursting lyrics. In the three-and-a-bit minute track, Zuzu whips through a huge amount of emotions, delivering big grins and fist-pumping glee in spades before detonating the whole thing and erupting in a confetti-splattered bloom of pep. It's utterly glorious.
Zuzu's accompanying video pays tribute to cult movie I Heart Huckabees.
Zuzu plays our new music festival, the Five Day Forecast, on 10 January with SWEAT and Baywaves. Get your tickets now.
