Vita Bergen create electric enchantment with new track "Alexia" [Premiere]
With the release of their debut self-titled EP late last year, Gothenburg duo Vita Bergen marked themselves out as one of Sweden's most promising new talents. Six months on, the band are back, premiering their new track "Alexia" on Best Fit.
Boasting a synth riff so addicitve it's almost senseless, "Alexia" sees the duo smash through the Arcade Fire comparisons of old to create something that's electric and entirely exhilarating. Blindingly bright refrains and soaring vocals echo alongside forceful rhythms and an ominously driving bassline.
Simultaneously dark and certain to leave you dancing, "Alexia" is a sinister spell there's no qualms about falling under.
"Alexia" is released via Kning Disk on 13 May.
