Virgin Kids get loud and let loose on new track "Bruised Knees"
Virgin Kids have shared a volatile new track called "Bruised Knees" from their debut album Greasewheel.
Diving headfirst into their music with a reckless abandon, Virgin Kids aren't afraid of a little damage, and "Bruised Knees" is a a potent example of the trio's unhinged nature. It's pure turbulence condensed into a mere two minutes. Tearing through distorted refrains at a breakneck speed, it races with a spirit that leaves its mark. Scuzzed-up vocals screech and sear, rapidfire percussion inciting a thrash-around-in-chaos energy that's impossible not to get caught up in.
"Bruised Knees" is surf rock on speed, a haywire construction of delirious solos and bold, contagious choruses. It's rough, it's raw, and it's ready to rock your world.
Greasewheel is released via Fluffer Records (UK) and Burger Records (US) on 11 March.
