
Ulrika Spacek pay homage to Parsley Sound on “Ease Yourself And Glide”
Originally featured on a secret 7” that accompanied limited edition copies of Ulrika Spacek’s second album Modern English Decoration, “Ease Yourself and Glide” see’s the band go full mid-noughties psych pop.
Way back in 2003 enigmatic duo Parsley Sounds released their self-titled debut album featuring beatnik flower jam “Ease Yourself And Glide” to critical acclaim. Now, 14 years later, Ulrika Spacek channel those same melodious sounds of ‘90s benchmark indie and ‘60s noodling into their very own rendition of aforementioned track, doing so with grace, poise and a good deal of reverb.
