As we sit waiting patiently for The Concretes new album WYWH to land in our laps along comes this stunning Blackbird Blackbird remix of recent single ‘Good Evening’ to tide us over for a little while longer. Where the original track was laden with European sass, like something you’d find playing in a neon red nightclub in the heart of Prague, Blackbird Blackbird’s take is a more luxurious affair. Diving deep into the hotel pool the morning after the night before, ‘Good Evening’ is transformed into an invigorating aural bath of chill-wave of the highest order. Taking all the best bits from the genre and fluxing it with Lisa Milberg’s unmistakeable vocal. We’re thrilled to be able to premier it for you today.
