Denmark's M.I.L.K. finds dancefloor desire with new track "U And Me"
"I wanted to explore something a bit more danceable", explains M.I.L.K.'s Wilk, as he ditches his subtle pop for an improved, groovy, synthesised sound that ripples with memorable moves.
Copenhagen is undoubtedly brimming with talented musicians. M.I.L.K. is on the list, and having successfully tantalised our tastebuds, the singer-producer is entering an exciting transformation.
'U And Me' is "Not like dancefloor-explodor-danceable, but just something to soundtrack the stage of the party just before everyone starts dancing", Wilk says.
Having ditched the more subtle synth-pop sound as seen on "Following The Sun", M.I.L.K has breached new territory, and he's bringing his groove with him.
As M.I.L.K sings "You and me / we're a symphony", the track meanders mysteriously into an infectious sound that sees M.I.L.K using his positive persuasion to bring people out on the dancefloor.
Describing his new offering as "more like an 'Oops Upside Your Head' [The Gap Band] with lots of good times and head nodding than full on dance like 'Rock With You' [Michael Jackson]", the Danish singer-producer is undoubtedly livening up the party scene.
With "U And Me" marking a new and more vibrant chapter for M.I.L.K, the Danish act is sure to keep filling dancefloors with his shimmering synths and funky feel.
