Max Jury returns in spellbinding mode with his "Great American Novel"
Following on from last year's EPs Something In The Air and All I Want, Iowa based singer-songwriter Max Jury returns today with divine new track "Great American Novel".
Stylistically, Jury operates in a world where the grandiose songwriting of Lana Del Rey meets the more intimate sides of latter day Willie Nelson. Dusty Americana tones shot through with orchestral wonderment: it's incredibly captivating stuff.
Currently taking a break from the studio where he's at work on his debut full-length, Max returns to the UK from today for a handful of dates supporting Rufus Wainwright alongside an appearance at next weekend's Latitude Festival.
Dive in to the sweet sounds of "Great American Novel" below, which premieres today at Best Fit. Find all of Max's upcoming tour dates here.
