
The mysterious LUNAR unveils new track “Pretty Face”
The London based artist has gone completely incognito on latest offering “Pretty Face”.
There are some instances in music where a background story, examples of influences or any sort of information is both unavailable and not really necessary. It is not necessary because ultimately, the music speaks for itself. LUNAR from London is one such case and her desire to not let anything detract from her musical output is a testament to her quality as an artist.
On her track “Pretty Face” the likes of The Japanese House and arena synth era Taylor Swift mix with the soft production of the xx and London Grammar in what can only be described as highly intelligent pop music.

With influences such as these, one wouldn’t be far remise from assuming there is nothing ground breaking going on in LUNAR’s music. There you would be sorely mistaken. This young producer is taking core elements of pop electronica and moulding them in a way that creates a totally new pallet of sounds. It is not boundary pushing in the conventional sense but rather a subtle manipulation of normalcy to create something truly imaginative.
