Listen: MØ – “XXX 88″ [Oceaán Remix]

The jagged futuresque R&B sounds of MØ’s Bikini Daze/Diplo featuring number “XXX 88″ has been given a once over by rising Manchester producer Oceaán.

The dirty electronics and heavy dub beats encountered in the original have been smoothed out into an altogether more slinky affair, Karen Marie Ørsted’s distinctive Danish vocals taking centre stage alongside Oceaán’s own. It’s every bit as seductive as we’ve come to expect from what little we’ve heard over the past few months – all slow motion, icy beats and hazy sun kissed languor.
