With its four to the floor beat, Balearic tinged percussion and pretty as a picture vocal line from Mereki, LA based producer Goldroom has single-handedly welcomed the sunshine back into our lives with this, his latest single ‘Only You Can Show Me’ that dropped yesterday via Pitchfork.
Perched to hit the mainstream at any moment alongside fellow producers Bondax, Ryan Hemsworth and Flume, Goldroom fills the void left by nu-Balearic pioneers Air France with aplomb. ‘Only You Can Show Me’ is destined to be a mainstay of Summer playlists from here on in.
