Listen: KStewart - “Close Enough”
The UK’s thirst for soulful RnB is showing no sign of letting-up, and seductively disco-dancing her way into the space between EKKAH and Jungle comes KStewart.
With support from the likes of Annie Mac and MNEK, and having worked with Karma Kid and fellow-up-and-comer TCTS, the young Londoner appears to have everything in place to make the scene her own. This latest cut confirms such a prediction.
Once again Stewart’s vocal pours out, carrying as much sultry quality as it does pure pop power. Throw in a funky, liquid guitar line and bass-heavy backdrop, and her recipe for a massively moreish outing is complete.
