KINDER keeps things slow and moody on latest single “Feeling Gets Too Heavy”
Young producer KINDER has unveiled “Feeling Gets Too Heavy”, a soulful slice of jazz-infused R&B with nods to the golden age of funk and soul.
The brainchild of songwriter Leo Wyatt, KINDER is a project drenched in melodic soul and rooted firmly in perfect composition, harmonisation and a mastery of instrumentation.
With nods to the likes of Joey Dosik, Vulfpeck and James Vincent McMorrow, KINDER is bringing a very American sound to the shores of this fair isle. On new track “Feeling Gets Too Heavy” smooth, syncopated grooves coalesce with sparse guitar stabs providing a platform from which Wyatt can unleash his distinctive falsetto vocals. This track is Wyatt's first release through his newly formed label Lapsang House.
