Fourteen-year-old Isabelle Brown is making classic soul with a modern twist
“Hey Romeo” follows Isabelle Brown’s break out single “Pot Of Gold” featuring Injury Reserve.
Combing the emotional feeling of Aretha Franklin and the raw energy of Jocelyn Brown with Tribe Called Quest inspired beats, fearsome teen Isabelle Brown is making some seriously cool old school music.
Isabelle was born in the seaside town of Brighton and raised between two creative households where music was a major focus, allowing her to experiment with her sound and her voice. Fast forward a few years Isabelle’s irrepressible vocal and the continuous support of family has propelled her into the spotlight, albeit at a tender age. A debut album, featuring some of her early songs, is expected early next year.
