Heyerdahl – Shadows [Best Fit Premiere]

Following on from the gorgeous video for ‘Mirage’, Norway’s Heyerdahl return with brand new single ‘Shadows’ – which we’re pleased to be able to premiere here as Best Fit’s Song Of The Day.

Controlled grandeur is Heyerdahl’s calling card and once again they deliver with a somewhat muted triumph. It’s as if they know how huge they could make their music, but see fit to restrain the pay-off just in the nick of time – leaving you thirsty for more, unsatisfied (in the best possible way) and eager for another fill. Needless to say, it’s a thrilling listen and a lesson that many an Arena-sized band could learn from.
