It’s beginning to feel rather like Givers day on The Line Of Best Fit. The Lafayette band are in the middle of their very first London jaunt and, in celebration, we are running a bunch of exclusives to get you acquainted.
If ‘Up Up Up’ was your introduction to the band, then ‘Go Out All Night’ is the sound of your first intimate moments together. It’s a simple, two-chord number that begins delicately, gradually expands, and finally explodes in a fit of cymbals, E Street Band organ, and Neil Young guitar.
Givers have all the hallmarks of a soon-to-be-world conquering band. They play Kingston Hippodrome tonight and Dalston’s Shacklewell Arms tomorrow, before returning to the UK for Field Day.
