Listen: Disclosure – White Noise (ft. Aluna Francis)
Premiered just moments ago on Zane Lowe’s Radio 1 show, Disclosure continue their rise to world domination today with the release of new single ‘White Noise’. Featuring guest vocals from Aluna Francis of the equally enamoured AlunaGeorge, the track drops on 24 March through PMR Records and yet again showcases brothers Guy and Howard Lawrence deft ability to tap into the euphoric highs of nineties dance culture whilst creating something so undeniably fresh and dynamic.
A future classic if ever there was one, we’ve had ‘White Noise’ on repeat for the majority of the day with each play unravelling a new hook; another reason to hit the repeat button. The elasticity of the beats bounce off of Aluna’s disarming vocal, creating a combination of forces that will undoubtedly see the track hurtle towards the Top 10 at a rate of knots come its release in March.
With an album due out this summer and a sell out tour of the UK and Europe on the horizon, the brothers Lawrence have already torn the shit out of 2013 and they’re only just getting started. The meeting of three painfully talented and creative minds, ‘White Noise’ is utterly essential listening.
