Chrystal joins Dave collaborator 169 on new track “New Shoes”
Her latest offering follows bold first cut “Waves” and cements the young artist as a focal point in the North’s urban scene.
A celebration of the various experiences that have informed and educated Crystal thus far, “New Shoes” is a movement away from the Bolton singer’s grime inspired debut but retains all the same Northern attitude and charm.

Speaking about the track Chrystal said “"New Shoes’ is a celebration of all the positive and negative experiences that have lead me to this point and a thank you to all the people that have been at my side in dark times. The track was produced by 169 in our first session together. Within about ten minutes of him coming up with the beat we had written about 90% of the track."
