Just ahead of their record release show in London, Dublin duo Solar Bears put together a selection of tunes near and dear to them exclusively for Best Fit.
From dance music legends The Chemical Brothers, to newcomers Letherette, this mix spans the electronic music spectrum. When we spoke to John and Rian about the mix, they filled us in on why these particular tracks are so special. Memories of playing with Simian Mobile Disco in 2012, to a longtime admiration for LFO, each song holds a unique place in their heart.
If you’re in London on June 4th, be sure to stop by The Nest in Dalston to catch Solar Bears enigmatic live set celebrating the release of their new album Supermigration, out now on Planet Mu. Watch the the pair’s recent Yours Truly session below and you’ll see what we mean.
