ILL FIT EP Vol. 1 :: Sebastien Schuller, Cate Le Bon and The Rest [Download]
So yeah, we mentioned ILL FIT is back, starting in October.
Now, we love TV and Brian Wilson only knows we love our sofas. Mine is a little bit broken now (in a good way) and it kind of envelops you when you sit in it. But going out is good for the soul. It really is.
We have lined up our best bill yet for 12/10/09 @ Old Blue Last, London. We can prove it too. See, all of the acts have given us a brilliant song for a download EP. Free to you.
DOWNLOAD IT HERE. Do it now and let us know what you make of the tunes in the comments section below. We really do want to know.
Sebastien Schuller has played with Animal Collective and Beirut and is pretty damn cool in France. Think piano, Thom Yorke and Four Tet. Cate Le Bon‘s eerie tunes seems to be the talk of the town at the mo, she’s just signed to Gruff Rhys’ label and comes NME, Radio 1 and MOJO endorsed. ILL FIT will be the debut UK show from Canada’s The Rest and they are most certainly going to knock your cotton socks off too. Think Bunnymen/Arcade Fire/Broken Social Scene and you’d be part of the way there. ILL FIT DJs on the decks. Entry is free.
We’ll even throw in some free shots and CD giveaways on the night.
We are making hard for you to say no. On purpose.
No excuses now.
