Brian Eno – An Ending (Ascent)
This is a beautiful, lush and meditative piece from Mr Eno, which is perfect for a relaxing start to a Sunday. I believe the song was written by having a number of tape loops of different lengths with different notes playing at random with each other, always a good move embracing a new day with the unknown.

Eric Donaldson – Cherry Oh Baby
You can’t help but smile when you hear this tune, good for shaking off any lingering fogginess, while the rhythm helps to get you moving, but not at too hectic a pace.

Spacemen 3 – Come Down Easy
If Jason Pierce says he feels alright, you know everything’s going be just fine. Make a cup of tea and just listen, you don’t have to do anything else, its a Sunday!

Nina Simone – I Ain’t Got No (I Got Life)
The song is amazing but this version and video is astonishing. I got fairly addicted to this video for awhile. It’s good for you though. Soul food man.

Rain Dog – Beyond Their Years
This is a great sunday song, when still up from the night before. Rain Dog has done a remix for us and i think he will go far.

Vashti Bunyan – I Want To Be Alone
Just finished reading ‘Electric Eden’ by Rob Young, it makes it very temping to get a horse and cart and travel up to the Isle of Skye and live there for a year.

David Bowie – Fill Your Heart
‘Forget your mind and you’ll be free!’ a good motto for Sunday Morning, Dave is doing his light footed hippy routine, but so long as there noone else around its ok!

The Stooges – Down on The Street
Its time to get up, there’s no point saying in bed all day.

Sun Ra – Strange Strings
This is actually the sound of our collective heads on a Sunday morning, and also the best way to get people to clear off if they’ve been hanging around listening to Rain Dog.

Julie London – Cry Me A River
One of the smoothest voices ever listening to this makes me think of liquid chocolate and whisky.
