Our sporadic Art Of Noise feature returns in style with a monstrous (see what I did there?) live-mix from Fraser Moss of the super influential clothing brand You Must Create (or YMC as it’s more commonly known). A huge vinyl junkie, Fraser recently recorded a series of mixes using his vast array of 45rpm singles and, being the kind gent that he is, offered the first mix – a Halloween special no-less – exclusively to The Line Of Best Fit.

Fans of rockabilly, psych, soul et al will reap dividends. Speaking of reaping, if your wardrobe currently makes you feel grim (couldn’t resist), fear not – as Fraser is kindly offering one lucky reader £250 worth of YMC gift vouchers to be used either on-line or in-store. To enter the prize draw, just fill out the form at the bottom of this post.

Here are a few words from Fraser himself:

Music has been an obsession of mine since I bought my first 45 at the age of 6 (Sparks – ‘This Town Aint Big Enough For the Both Of Us’) and I’ve never looked back. I feel really lucky that I grew up though a healthy period of youth culture in the UK which sparked my love of clothes. From YMC’s beginnings, LPs and singles artwork played a big part in our graphics; I’m not sure how much this influences my designs today but music is integral to me and therefore I cannot seperate the two they are just parts of my life.
