ZOHARA comes out to Play on dreamy new electro single
Tel Aviv-based artist ZOHARA is sharing "Play", a new electro pop single full of sincere joy, on Best Fit.
There's twangs of Empress Of in ZOHARA's dreamy electro cyclone, and she peppers the propulsive electro with hypnotic vocals to whisk you away into the clouds. "Play", as the name suggests, is playful, with a brass breakdown oozing class, and wispy wires of melody darting in and out of focus - it's chilled out and endlessly uplifting.
Speaking about the floaty jam ZOHARA says: "'Play' is a song that expresses a yearning to live the moment, to break off from the critical and stressful thoughts about the future, and to be able to do this seemingly simple thing - to just play."
ZOHARA is gearing up to release her debut album Growing Up Always, which features last year's stunning "Bass & Drum".
