Introducing Zilo - the 24-year old Londoner that you really need to know about
Having made her debut earlier last year, Zilo has returned with “Keep Up Wimmi”, a catchy, laid-back track that will make you pay attention.
“Keep Up Wimmi” is a refreshingly vibrant track that is underlaid by lingering hip hop beats and an almost childlike carelessness. It sees Zilo celebrate the time spent in her own company and champions confident independence as she proudly shows the world that she is dedicated to doing her own thing.
The colourful accompanying video perfectly exemplifies the track’s playfulness and, when paired together, it feels that through her tongue-in-cheek antics, Zilo is really encouraging everyone to slow down and not take life so seriously.
