London duo Pale have revealed an aptly-themed video for their latest single ‘Fearing Faces’.
The band are the latest in a trend of new artists revealing their personal selves with a significant amount of caution, and although the video shows the pair’s faces for the first time, it’s a blurry, dream-like ride, and indicates they’re not about to come fully out of their shells just yet. The track recalls flashes of Hurts in terms of its clear sky-high pop ambitions, and the simple, yet mesmerising video succeeds to complement the song while also maintaining the fascinating mystique around the duo.
The band play their first London headline show at Dalston’s Servant Jazz Quarters on 29 August.
